I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist from Veteran, AB, and I am excited to join the Rebloom team in Stettler, AB. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to improved mental well-being. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from MacEwan University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working with individuals aged 16 and above, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and self-esteem issues. It brings me immense fulfillment to assist my clients in overcoming these obstacles and fostering meaningful, positive change in their lives.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques to ensure that interventions are tailored to each client’s unique needs. I incorporate strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. This flexibility allows me to create customized treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals and preferences.
