Reiki Breaks Down Blocks and Balances Mind & Body

First, my definition of a block is a feeling one gets when there is something keeping them from accessing their inner knowing, strength and courage. I often feel mine as a dark, loud storm cloud or heavy fog. Usually, during these times of feeling blocked, there is a feeling of being fearful and angry, the feeling that everyone is talking behind your back, the need to protect yourself and feeling ungrounded. 


Through my reiki practice, I have felt this feeling of being blocked lifted. I felt less stressed, and my memory and thoughts became sharper…clearer, I become more willing to learn. I open up to seeing my part in my interactions in life and course correct and release the tensions of needing to be perfect.  This letting go eases tension in my body, so I feel more relaxed and at ease in my mind, body and spirit. 


This doesn’t happen all at once like an injured muscle can take months to heal, so can our mind, body and spirit take time. From moment to moment, things begin to shift.
