Born and raised near High River, Alberta, I am now proud to call Strathmore home. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, I specialize in working with adults, families, and youth facing a variety of challenges. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, family transitions, separation, social skills development, life transitions, school performance, self-esteem, and managing life stressors.
