Lists are an ADHDer's best friend! Writing things down and checking things off can increase motivation and increase dopamine leading to better productivity.

Rewards are great motivators for ADHDers, especially if they can track them visually. Chore charts with reward points or to-do lists with rewards are great! Try not to make rewards monetary, and try to stick to delayed gratification rewards rather than immediate ones. Working towards their rewards allows them to increase dopamine while also teaching them that hard work provides them with benefits long-term.
